Located close to the buzzing city center of Rotterdam, the Van Nelle Fabriek – UNESCO World Heritage Bauhaus trophy building – offered an unparalleled opportunity to invest in a truly iconic property. Therefore, ZZESTO Branding & Marketing in Real Estate created an Investment Memorandum for which we came up with a basic but effective 3D model.

Form follows function is a principle of design associated with late 19th and early 20th century architecture and industrial design in general, which states that the shape of a building or object should primarily relate to its intended function or purpose.

Under the – a tad more contemporary – claim “Future follows Function”, ZZESTO created an Investment Memorandum that is just as outstanding as the property itself.
